necro assassin build!! YAY!!
i was experimenting with assassin skills on my necro, and i ended up creating something fun
OAdTUYD6ViAcPjnRi5Nrqaq6GEA
shadow fang
toxic chill
vile miasma
iron palm
signet of toxic shock
signet of lost souls
signet of sorrow
necrosis
the only problem i run into is the recharge time for shadow fang 45 seconds is a bit much, and then im stuck waiting for it to recharge.
ideas?
modified as per suggestions
OAdTUYD6ViAsmRBUi5NrqaqSLEA
Shadow fang
Icy Veins
putrid bile
iron palm
signet of toxic shock
signet of lost souls
signet of sorrow
hexers vigor
the build now effects multiple targets ( upon intial targets death ) and has healing!!!
shadow fang still takes forever to recharge tho, arguy of death still might be a good idea

If you're thinking about the update, rather than now, then Icy Veins would be your best bet for an elite. Toxic Chill is only really good in PvP. Even then, just for hexways.

Seems fun but not effective. Completely single-target focused damage. Could try this?

i liked the low energy cost of toxic chill, but looking at icy veins, i can see why that would work better
my build seems fun, cuz it is :P
please dont recommend a complete new skill set when im trying to improve an existing one, seems kinda mean....

It's pretty difficult to suggest improvements when you're trying to run a build like that on purpose.

Even with the update toxic chill and IV are best left in PvP, the damage is weak and made worse by armour. And as has been pointed out you don't seem to be taking critique very will, when the only reason you should be posting builds is for discussion and feedback.
Also as an aside your grammar is an eye sore.

to be fair, i have posted an updated version of my build, that was changed as per suggestions
also, denars post was a link to a completely different build, that's not quite the same as criticism
higherMinion suggested icy veins, which i am now using
SSHeretic suggested Augury of Death, which i am still considering
the fact of the matter is, the only post that im not considering is Denars post, which is a link to a different build

I resent the statement that my post is just "a link to a different build". My post is also a criticism that you were focused around single-target damage, which is quite frankly silly in PvE.
I linked you to that build because you seem to like the N/A combo (the "YAY!" in the title...). MY BAD.
Even now the AoE is extremely limited;
both hexes are conditional (they can be removed before the target dies)
Icy Veins takes up the elite slot
Icy Veins is armor-affected damage (again, silly in PvE).
I apologise if this post is inconvenient.

Incorrect Sir..
but ye, by all means play a build for fun but its pretty pointless to ask for people's ideas when fun is so subjective.
